Christmas set
This year, Artyom and Alexey Grebenshchikov reflect on Russian gastronomy, transforming familiar flavors into a dialogue between the past and the present — giving rise to New Year’s classics retold in a new way, while preserving the emotions we remember from childhood.
The menu features interpretations of dishes familiar to everyone from the festive table — from vinaigrette to roasted duck.
The annual Christmas set is an invitation from the BOBO team to relive emotions that exist only on the eve of the New Year and to “speak” the anticipation of the holiday through the language of the Grebenshchikov brothers’ author-driven cuisine.
Christmas set is available from December, 18 to January, 14.
From December 19, 2025 to January 11, 2026, the à la carte menu and the Signature XV set will not be available.

Set BOBO’s Signature XV
The set’s main objective is to demonstrate that gastronomy is a form of art similar to any other. The new set of brothers Grebenskikh continues the tradition of cooperation with artists: this time they joined together with eight authors and their joint statement was an attempt to capture and convey the image of creative Petersburg — a city where historical density combines with internal freedom, The energy of self-expression manifests itself in many different forms — from painting and text to gastronomy and contemporary art.
