SET BOBO’s Signature XIV
BOBO’s Signature XIV is a continuation of the Grebenshchikov brothers’ culinary exploration — chef Artyom and pastry chef Alexey. This set menu is crafted through the lens of gastronomic alchemy, where seasonality, natural aesthetics, and unexpected combinations unfold in new forms and flavors.
Artyom and Alexey collaborated with artist Liza Melnik to create tableware shaped by the natural flow of the material. Each piece is molded intuitively, without regard for symmetry — with the same freedom in which a dish’s idea takes form. Black and white, rough and smooth, bold and barely perceptible — her pieces, like BOBO’s gastronomy, balance on a fine line, complementing each other without competing for attention.
