1. What is the difference between the set menu and the A la carte menu?
The set menu is the restaurant’s signature offering: a curated gastronomic program of 10 courses (appetizers, mains, desserts).
The à la carte menu consists of five sections: Cold 1 and Cold 2 (cold appetizers), Hot 3 and Hot 4 (hot dishes), and Sweet 5.
The dishes are arranged in order of intensity of flavor, but guests may choose them in any sequence and quantity.

Yes, of course.
3. Can guests change their menu choice on the day of the visit?
Yes, they can. We will be happy to know your choice in advance — this allows us to prepare the service even more comfortably.
4. Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, absolutely.
5. What if two hours is not enough?
Two hours is the suggested timeframe for completing the set menu with wine pairing. Most of the time, all time slots are fully booked, so extending your stay is not always possible. If you expect to need more time, please let us know when making your reservation — we will do our best to accommodate.
6. Can the dishes be ordered to go?
The dishes require special presentation and are not designed for take-out.
7. What complimentary treats do you offer for birthdays?
We treat the birthday guest to a dessert with a candle.
